Traditionally many of the tools are made of hard beech. Selected hardwoods such as Lignum Vitae, Boxwood and Rosewood are used where particular qualities are required.

Coving is made easy with the unique EMIR saw guiding devices and deep skirtings can be cut with the patent Board Mitre, easing the job for the professional or DIY.
